OCSCM:

   (OCSCM) Microsoft Office Communications Server Contact Manager.It's an administration product that will integrate with Microsoft Office Communication Server 2007 and Active Directory to provide an easy way to provision OCS users’ contacts list.

OVERVIEW:

   OCSCM is designed to show you how to manage the contacts and groups for individual ocs users by interacting with the Active Directory Domain Services and Microsoft Office Communication Server 2007/R2 and lcs 2005.

Product Features:

• Create OCS users.
• Assign contact list to OCS user
• Reassign contact list to users that accidentally remove users or  group from their contact list.
• Add and delete groups.
• Delete OCS users.
• Move OCS User from group.
• Notify all contacts about tool event.
• Search for users within contact list.

System Requirements:

• Windows server 2003 sp1 or higher.
• Microsoft Office Communication Server 2007/R2 Microsoft Live communications server 2005.

Some operations are based on number of contacts like adding new contact or deleting contacts or moving contact from a group to another .In another words only “Users' Contacts Provisioning effectively smoothly.

OCSCM can run remotely or locally with the following prerequisite:  

1. The OCS Administrative Tools installed this WMI class and is an important pre-requisite.
2. The user you run as should be a member of the RTCUniversalUserAdmins group and other appropriate permissions to access the Active Directory user objects.
